What You'll Do Lead and manage a team of SDRs in a high-volume outbound environment, running daily standups and maintaining accountability to activity and performance expectations. Track team KPIs including call volume, meetings booked, and opportunities created, while building reporting dashboards to analyze sales funnel performance. Review calls, shadow reps, and provide hands-on coaching around discovery, objections, and closing to improve individual rep effectiveness. Identify performance gaps, create targeted improvement plans, and recommend enhancements to scripts, outreach strategy, workflows, and our overall sales approach. Participate in interviewing and hiring new SDRs, lead their onboarding and training, and continuously improve our training systems. Make outbound calls and book meetings during your own onboarding to learn our process firsthand and lead by example. Serve as the primary point of contact between the SDR team and company leadership, ensuring alignment and clear communication. What You'll Bring Previous experience managing outbound sales teams in a high-performance environment. A proven track record as an individual sales producer before moving into leadership. Strong coaching and performance management experience with the ability to diagnose performance issues and improve individual rep effectiveness. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track metrics and identify trends. A competitive, accountable, and low ego mindset, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle difficult conversations directly.
