Requirements: - Bachelors degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field- 10+ years experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, or organisational development- Experience overseeing or managing organisational structures across large multi-site or multi-branch environments (±100 branches)- Strong experience in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards (Excel / Power BI advantageous)- Experience with organisational restructuring and succession planning- Knowledge of job evaluation, role analysis, and workforce planning frameworks- Strong stakeholder engagement, consulting, and influencing skills- Experience with KPI implementation, talent reviews, and change managementBy submitting any Personal Information to MPRTC in any form you acknowledge that such conduct constitutes a reasonable unconditional, specific and voluntary consent to the (processing and storing of such Personal Information by MPRTC and/or MPRTCs clients and/or verification information suppliers.
