Location: Sandton Head OfficeType: Full-time, in officeSalary: R25,000 to R35,000 CTC per month, depending on experienceLuxity is looking for a hands-on Paid Media Specialist to manage, optimise and report on our paid digital campaigns across key growth channels.This role is suited to someone who is technically comfortable inside ad platforms, commercially aware, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-moving retail environment. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the CEO, CMO, designer, social media assistant, and the broader team to ensure that paid media activity is well-structured, properly tracked, and commercially effective.This is not a general marketing coordinator role. We are looking for someone who enjoys campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, analysis and improving performance over time.Key responsibilitiesBuild, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta AdsSupport additional paid channels such as YouTube, TikTok or display remarketing where relevantManage prospecting, retargeting and conversion-focused campaignsAssist with paid media campaign planning in line with the broader marketing calendarMonitor campaign performance and make day-to-day optimisation decisionsManage budget pacing in line with approved campaign plansMaintain clean campaign structures, naming conventions and UTM trackingSupport conversion tracking across GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and related toolsProduce weekly and monthly paid media reports with clear insights and recommendationsTrack and report on metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and revenue contributionWork with the CMO and creative team to brief and test paid media creativeIdentify opportunities to improve performance through creative testing, audience testing and landing page feedbackFlag performance issues, tracking problems or wasted spend earlyKeep up to date with paid media platform changes and relevant digital marketing trendsREQUIREMENTSRequirements2 to 4 years’ hands-on paid media experienceStrong working knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads ManagerExperience with campaign setup, optimisation, audience targeting and remarketingComfortable working with GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion events and UTM trackingStrong reporting and analytical abilityGood understanding of paid media metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC and conversion rateAble to translate performance data into clear recommendationsStrong attention to detailAble to work independently while reporting to a marketing managerComfortable working full-time from Luxity’s Sandton Head OfficeAdvantageous experienceE-commerce or retail experienceLuxury, fashion, beauty or lifestyle brand experienceTikTok Ads experienceGoogle Ads certificationsMeta certificationsExperience with product catalogues, dynamic product ads or feed-based campaigns#J-18808-Ljbffr
