Responsibilities Analysing and interpreting complex financial and insolvency data related to contentious cases. Preparing high-quality reports, review expert witness statements, and responses to creditor enquiries. Supporting and mentoring junior staff while fostering a collaborative working environment. Engaging with clients, legal teams, and other stakeholders to support case strategy and resolution. Keeping up-to-date with legal and regulatory developments affecting contentious insolvency. Contributing to business development activities such as pitch preparation and representing Interpath at industry events. Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, law or related field preferred. Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPI or equivalent preferred. Minimum of 1 year experience in contentious insolvency or a related insolvency role preferred. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
