This role will work closely with Sales Operations and Executive Management, ensuring alignment between marketing strategy, product performance, and revenue growth objectives. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned to business and sales objectives Manage and grow brand presence and positioning within competitive FMCG markets Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations Support sales teams with marketing tools, campaigns, and product initiatives Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities Analyse product performance, customer behaviour, and campaign effectiveness Coordinate new product launches and go-to-market strategies Oversee digital marketing, social media, and online brand presence Develop and manage marketing materials, content, and communication platforms Work closely with internal teams (sales, production, distribution) to ensure alignment Manage relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and service providers Monitor marketing budgets, ROI, and campaign performance metrics EDUCATION, QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Relevant Tertiary Qualification Marketing, Business, Communications or similar (essential) Minimum 5+ years experience in FMCG marketing / trade marketing Proven experience in brand management, campaign execution, and product marketing Strong understanding of FMCG markets, retail channels, and consumer behaviour Experience with digital marketing platforms, social media, and content development Solid analytical ability with experience interpreting data and campaign performance Experience working closely with sales teams and commercial functions Proficiency in MS Office and marketing/reporting tools Valid drivers licence (essential) Traceable & contactable references Local residency or relocation required
