This one-year programme is designed to develop job-ready skills through structured learning, mentorship, and hands‑on exposure within the Transport and Logistics sector. The YES Programme is part of a national initiative in partnership with government to help reduce youth unemployment—an initiative strongly supported by Bidvest International Logistics. Key Responsibilities As a YES Intern at Bidvest, you will: Commit to a 12-month full‑time programme comprising both theoretical and practical learning. Complete 25 training modules on the official YES platform. Develop and submit a portfolio of evidence upon programme completion. Participate actively in workplace activities and learning engagements. Requirements To qualify, applicants must meet the following criteria: Completed Grade 12 / Senior Certificate or equivalent. South African citizen, aged 18–34. Unemployed at the time of application. Available to commit to full‑time work for the entire 12‑month programme. Must NOT be studying in 2026 or currently enrolled in any academic programme. Must NOT have previously participated in a YES Programme with any organisation. Keen interest in the Transport and Logistics industry. Skills & Competencies Self‑reliant and proactive.
