Take ownership of management accounting and financial performance analysis across the division Prepare and review monthly management accounts and reporting packs Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives Oversee balance sheet integrity and ensure strong financial controls Drive process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency Play a key role in finance systems optimisation and ERP initiatives Identify and implement automation opportunities within finance processes Contribute to reporting transformation using tools such as Power BI and advanced analytics Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 finance staff Partner with operational teams to improve decision‑making and reporting outputs Support property, OPEX, and fixed asset oversight functions Work closely with senior leadership on finance transformation initiatives Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 year post‑articles experience ideally retail industry Strong management accounting and reporting capability Proven exposure to automation, systems, or data tools (Power BI, etc.) Track record of strong Excel skills and analytical ability Proven leadership or supervisory exposure Ability to improve processes and systems Qualification: CA(SA) For more information connect with us on
