The Opportunity We're launching our Accredited Adviser Program (APP) - an ambitious initiative to add several thousand productive advisers over the next two years that will be placed with our distribution partners. As Adviser Growth Lead , you'll spearhead the adviser recruitment and activation engine that powers this transformation. This isn't a traditional product or marketing role - it's an entrepreneurial growth mission where you'll build adviser acquisition systems from the ground up, blending scientific rigor with creative hustle to unlock untapped talent pools across South Africa. What You'll Do Own the Adviser Acquisition Funnel Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies to massively scale LifeCheq's adviser program Build and optimize the complete funnel from lead generation through training and placement with franchise partners Run data-driven experiments across digital campaigns, referral programs, and real-world events Drive Multi-Channel Campaigns Execute innovative online/offline campaigns targeting career-changers with the right core skills Leverage social media, partner networks, community events, and search to generate robust pipelines Continuously test and optimize channels for maximum conversion and ROI Build Thriving Adviser Communities Create engaging forums, mentorship programs, and recognition events that drive retention and referrals Foster a sense of mission and belonging that makes our program aspirational Travel regularly to major metros for career fairs, info sessions, and recruitment events Optimize Through Data Apply hypothesis-driven approaches to identify funnel drop-off points and opportunities Build predictive models and run A/B tests on campaigns, landing pages, and email sequences Report on key metrics and ROI to senior leadership Cultivate Strategic Partnerships Collaborate with industry associations, career transition programs, and educational institutions Work closely with internal teams (Product, Training, Key Account Managers) and franchise partners Negotiate partnerships that unlock high-quality adviser talent pools What We're Looking For Essential Experience 5-10 years in growth, marketing, or business development, preferably in startups or fast-growth environments Proven track record of building something new from scratch and driving user/revenue growth Hands-on experience with digital marketing campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, CRM) Core Skills Analytical & Creative : Equal parts data scientist and creative marketer - comfortable with Excel modelling and campaign design High-Energy Builder : Entrepreneurial spirit with relentless drive to achieve ambitious goals Campaign Expertise : End-to-end campaign management across multiple channels, including community-based growth strategies Collaboration : Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally and managing external partnerships Must-Haves South Africa-based (Cape Town, Johannesburg, or Durban preferred) with willingness to travel within SA Valid driver's licence and comfort with field engagements across the country Passion for our mission of democratising financial advice Thrives in fast-paced, experimental, remote-first culture What We Offer Impact & Growth High-ownership role with visible platform to drive transformative change Equity participation to share in the upside you create Direct involvement in strategic decision-making processes Flexibility & Support Remote-first culture with async-optimized work Competitive salary with medical and insurance benefits Parental leave and flexible time-off policies Team & Culture Collaborative, mission-driven team passionate about financial inclusion Regular team off-sites and potential international travel opportunities Culture of excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement This is a permanent, full-time position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
