About the Role The role involves leading marketing initiatives and coordinating with dealers to enhance brand presence in African market. Responsibilities Marketing Plan Development : Lead the development of the regional annual marketing plan and reach consensus with dealers; Regional Marketing Events : Organize regional marketing events such as the “XX China Tour,” regional dealer conferences, and small-scale regional auto shows; Marketing Support Verification : Complete verification of marketing support in accordance with internal control requirements; Daily Marketing Coordination : Responsible for daily coordination with dealer marketing teams, providing support and assistance, while communicating headquarters’ requirements to all levels; Regional Information Gathering : Go deep into the frontline to understand regional market conditions and collect information on regional advertising, the brand, and competitors; Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years or more work experience in branding or marketing A major in journalism and communication, advertising, marketing or related majors is preferred Required Skills Outstanding English communication and writing skills Good communication, coordination, and execution skills ability Preferred Skills Working experience in the automotive industry, mastering the basic knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred Good project planning and management skills are preferred Work experience in automobile company such as Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, Nissan, Ford is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
