The team is expanding and looking to streamline its client intake and lead management process. To support this growth, the company is hiring a dedicated Front Desk Sales Development Representative (SDR) who will manage inbound leads, schedule consultations, and ensure every potential client receives a fast, friendly, and professional experience.Role OverviewThe Front Desk SDR will play a key role in handling incoming client inquiries, converting leads into scheduled appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys client interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong service-oriented mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesRespond promptly to inbound leads and phone calls (ideally within 1-5 minutes of lead entry). Conduct 10-15 minute discovery calls using a provided script to assess client needs. Schedule appointments and manage the client calendar efficiently. Assist in creating custom pricing plans post-evaluation. Handle invoicing and perform light front desk administrative duties. Manage client objections effectively, particularly around pricing and insurance coverage. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and ensure consistent follow-up. RequirementsHard SkillsProven experience in sales, client service, or administrative roles. Strong understanding of CRM tools and lead management processes. Experience with invoicing and appointment scheduling systems. Soft SkillsExcellent spoken and written English communication. Confident, friendly, and proactive when engaging with clients.
