Responsibilities Serve customers with high quality service, identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention. Process cases, address complex queries, investigate and resolve customer problems. Analyze specific problems and issues to determine technical or professional solutions. Receive visitors and handle information requests, directing more complex matters to colleagues. Maintain CRM: schedule follow‑up actions and enter relevant information to support customer retention and business development. Set clear objectives for sales calls or meetings, tailor presentation materials for decision‑makers, ask relevant questions, and assess customer interest. Develop and implement a relationship‑management plan with potential accounts, engaging decision‑makers and ensuring two‑way communication. Adhere to company policies, procedures, regulatory codes and obtain authorization for exceptions. Monitor and evaluate sales and market data for the assigned region to identify business development opportunities. Build and maintain a personal network within the business sector and represent the company at sector events, obtaining market intelligence and enhancing visibility. Research and select key data to analyze themes and trends using primary sources and business‑intelligence tools. Participate in and contribute to internal and external networks of people, technologies, and ideas. Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent. Valid driver’s licence and own car. FAIS compliance. Clear criminal and credit checks. Minimum of three years of experience (preferably in sales). Computer literacy in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
