This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless experience from booking through to vehicle handover. You will be responsible for managing customer expectations, coordinating vehicle repairs and maintenance, and ensuring clear communication between customers, technicians, and the service team. The position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient workshop workflow and minimising communication breakdowns. You will handle service bookings, manage customer queries, and proactively resolve concerns to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a solid understanding of automotive repair processes, and demonstrates strong communication, organisational, and conflict management skills. Previous experience in the automotive industry—preferably as a Service Advisor or in a similar role—is essential.
