A leading industrial processing and manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Admin Officer with strong experience in financial administration, warehouse and stores management, budgeting, and team leadership to join their team in Mpumalanga. The role is responsible for overseeing factory administration, cost control, and operational support functions within a plant-based processing environment, ensuring efficient coordination across warehouse, finance, and site services. Responsibilities Oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of finished goods Manage consumable stores, including procurement, stock control, and distribution Take accountability for factory administration, payroll oversight, and site IT coordination Manage financial administration including cost accounting, budgeting, reporting, and audits Oversee asset management and ensure accurate stock counts and reconciliations Manage site services including welfare, cleaning, guesthouse, and facilities maintenance Oversee security operations across all associated sites Lead and manage admin teams, ensuring performance, training, and discipline Ensure compliance with safety standards, production procedures, and quality management systems (ISO) Requirements Grade 12 with Core Mathematics Completed Commerce‑related degree (BCom / BCompt or similar) Minimum 5 years’ administration/office experience, including financial and management systems 3 – 5 years’ experience in budgeting and cost control 3 – 5 years’ experience managing a team Experience in customer and supplier relationship management Experience working on ERP systems (Syspro preferred) Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Understanding of quality management systems Strong financial, analytical, and organisational skills Benefits Salary: negotiable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
