Clothing Designer – Fashion Retail We are seeking a creative, trend-driven Clothing Designer to join our dynamic fashion retail team. This role is perfect for a passionate designer who can translate global trends and customer insights into commercially successful, on-brand product ranges. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop seasonal collections aligned to brand identity and customer profile Research global and local fashion trends, fabrics, colours, and silhouettes Create design concepts, technical sketches, and detailed tech packs Work closely with Buyers and Merchandise Planners to ensure commercial viability Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to bring designs to life Conduct fit sessions and oversee product development from concept to final sample Ensure product quality, fit, and cost targets are met Contribute to building a strong, cohesive brand aesthetic across categories Requirements: Proven experience as a Fashion or Clothing Designer within retail or apparel industry Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and fit Proficiency in design software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar) Strong trend forecasting and creative conceptualisation skills Ability to balance creativity with commercial awareness Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer: Opportunity to design for a growing and dynamic fashion brand Creative, collaborative, and fast-paced environment Exposure to full product lifecycle from concept to retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
