This role is ideal for an organized professional who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and maintaining optimal stock levels in a high-performance environment. Minimum Requirements 1–3 years’ experience in a similar stock control or inventory role. Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to forecast demand and interpret data. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with suppliers and internal teams. Experience with inventory management systems/software. Key Responsibilities Monitor stock levels to ensure consistent product availability. Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records. Implement reorder procedures to prevent stock shortages or overstocking. Liaise with suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage relationships. Coordinate receiving of goods and manage shipments efficiently. Utilize inventory management software to track stock and generate reports. Analyse data to forecast inventory requirements and identify trends. Provide actionable insights to management based on stock performance. Ensure all received and stored products meet quality standards. Address discrepancies, damages, or variances with suppliers promptly.
