We are looking for an experienced Dispatch / Site Manager to manage operations at a production and cold storage facility Duties Oversee daily production and dispatch operations Manage staff and workflow Control stock, inventory, and stock rotation Ensure accurate weighing, labelling, and dispatch documentation Maintain product traceability and records Monitor cold storage temperatures and equipment Ensure hygiene and housekeeping standards Coordinate daily dispatching of orders Requirements Experience in production / food processing / cold storage Experience working with perishable food products in a temperature-controlled environment is essential Must have experience working on Meat Matrix software Strong team management skills Good organisational and admin ability Able to work under pressure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
