Key Responsibilities Capturing and processing financial transactions Debtors and creditors reconciliations Bank reconciliations Assisting with monthly management accounts Supporting month-end and year-end processes Maintaining accurate financial records and reporting Assisting with ad hoc finance and operational projects Working closely with management to support business decision-making Requirements Degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance Completed SAIPA / CIMA Articles Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals Good attention to detail and accuracy Proficient in Microsoft Excel (accounting software exposure advantageous) Strong willingness to learn and grow Ideal Candidate Profile Hands-on and practical approach Comfortable rolling up their sleeves and getting involved at all levels Eager to learn the business inside and out from the ground up Adaptable and able to work across different business environments Positive attitude with strong work ethic and accountability Why Join?
