About The Role The Data Science team solves complex problems with smart, practical solutions. Data Scientists and Analysts work directly with product teams to uncover insights, guide decisions, and improve how customers experience Revolut. They deliver smart, scalable solutions that move the business forward. What You’ll Be Doing Understanding our business and its processes through data Applying this understanding and knowledge of data to help product and services teams Developing documentation and data governance Owning the entire ETL process Designing key metrics to measure different aspects of the business Creating and maintaining new aggregated views and tables to simplify data querying Providing clean data sets and modelling data to empower end users to answer their own questions What You'll Need 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, creating impactful data‑driven solutions A solid background or education in a quantitative discipline Great skills with Python and SQL Evidence of exceptional mathematical and statistical knowledge Nice to have Advanced degree in a core STEM subject Experience with additional programming languages (Java, Scala, C++, etc.) Participation in school or university Olympiad competitions in physics, maths, economics, or programming Equality & Diversity We encourage applications from people with diverse backgrounds and experiences.
