The Supply Planner will be responsible for supply planning and inventory optimization across a defined product portfolio. The role ensures alignment between demand forecasts, stock availability, and supply constraints while supporting efficient inventory management across multiple distribution points. This role also requires strong use of digital tools (SAP and Microsoft 365) to improve planning accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency. Develop and maintain supply plans based on demand forecasts, stock levels, and production capacity. Monitor inventory levels and optimize safety stock, slow‑moving stock, and excess inventory. Coordinate replenishment activities across regional supply hubs and global supply teams. Collaborate with Commercial, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams. Identify and manage risks such as stock shortages, delays, and urgent supply requirements. Track execution of supply plans and manage deviations. Provide visibility on supply vs demand gaps and recommend corrective actions. Support seasonal planning and inventory balancing across the network. Analyze inventory data and support decision‑making for optimal stock availability. Manage and oversee the regional inventory count process, including variance analysis and SAP adjustments. Use Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Power Automate to improve reporting and automation. Identify opportunities to improve planning processes through digital tools and automation. Experience 2–4 years’ experience in Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, or Supply Chain Analytics. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP R/3 or S/4HANA preferred).
