Manage full finance functions including creditors, banking, fixed assets, and payroll Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial reports and management accounts Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance Oversee balance sheet, payroll, and income statement reconciliations Support annual budgeting processes and ongoing budget control Assist with preparation of annual financial statements and audit requirements Manage and supervise finance staff, including performance oversight Authorise and release creditor payments in line with policies Oversee procurement and management of fixed assets Compile and distribute financial reports to stakeholders Assist in drafting and improving financial policies and procedures Handle adâhoc financial queries and projects as required Skills & Experience: Minimum 35 years relevant accounting experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role Strong experience in fullâfunction accounting and bookkeeping Experience managing audit processes and working with financial controls Proficiency in accounting systems (Sage/X3 advantageous) Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Qualification: Relevant Accounting qualification required Professional affiliation (SAICA, CIMA, ACCA) advantageous For more information connect with us on
