This position involves:Supporting growth, profitability and long-term planning Partnering with the CEO and executive team on group strategy, business planning and key commercial decisions Providing commercial decision support across profitability, pricing, margins, channels, credit, stock, commissions and business model change Leading financial planning, investment evaluation, performance management and initiatives Preparing consolidated group annual financial statements Owning and leading the annual audit process Managing treasury, banking relationships, cashflow and working capital Leading and developing the finance team while maintaining strong internal controls Skills & Experience: Minimum 810 years progressive finance leadership experience (including group reporting exposure) Strong technical accounting expertise, including consolidated reporting Proven experience managing external audits Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking capability Qualification: B.
