Key Responsibilities Guest Relations: Act as a primary host, checking guests in/out, managing special requests, and ensuring an unforgettable safari experience. Front of House & Administration: Oversee reservation tracking, coordinate guest logistics, and process point-of-sale invoicing. Operational Support: Support daily housekeeping audits, room checks, and maintenance coordination across all deluxe units and family chalets. Food & Beverage Service: Assist with daily dining service, boma dinner logistics, and bar inventory control. Staff Supervision: Manage and motivate shift teams, promoting a positive, collaborative, and disciplined working environment. Minimum Requirements Experience: 1–3 years of operational or hospitality supervisory experience (previous experience in a safari lodge or remote bush environment is highly advantageous). Qualifications: A hospitality management diploma or certificate is preferred. Skills: Exceptional face-to-face communication, problem-solving under pressure, and basic financial or admin acumen. Systems: Competence in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with property management booking systems. Attributes: High emotional intelligence, neat presentation, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for wildlife and conservation. Logistics: Valid Driver’s License is essential.
