This role is suited to a hospitality professional who thrives in a high‑end lodge environment and plays a key role in ensuring seamless front‑of‑house operations and exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for guests during their stay. Oversee daily front‑of‑house operations. Coordinate guest arrivals, departures, and activities. Ensure service standards are consistently maintained. Liaise with guiding, housekeeping, kitchen, and management teams. Handle guest requests, queries, and complaints professionally. Support and mentor junior FOH staff. Requirements Previous experience in a front‑of‑house or guest relations role within a luxury safari lodge or similar environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability. Confident, professional, and well‑presented. Ability to work under pressure in a remote setting. Passion for delivering personalised, high‑end guest service. Package on Offer Negotiable salary depending on experience. Live‑in position.
