Role Overview To assist the Research team during peak survey periods, manage increased workloads, improve turnaround times, and maintain data quality across survey outputs. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support during peak survey cycles Review and quality‑check French survey data Assist with English/French translations and communication Support documentation updates and aligned workflows Work closely with the internal team to support timely delivery Minimum Requirements Fluency in English (written and verbal) Fluency in French would be advantageous Studying towards Honours or a Postgraduate qualification preferred Strong attention to detail and an analytical skillset (quality control of surveys/data/Excel spreadsheets) Good organisational and communication skills Working Arrangements Part‑time (half‑day), Monday to Friday Office‑based Initial appointment for one survey cycle, with review potential Additional Information Survey demand peaks approximately three times per year, particularly in March and September Onboarding includes training, system access, and process familiarisation The Profile We Are Looking For Dynamic high‑energy self‑starters, with an entrepreneurial spirit who can work well independently and are confident to fully engage with different teams within the business.
