Minimum Requirements South African citizen Minimum 5 years experience managing technical service personnel Experience within OEM, engineering, manufacturing, mining services or aftermarket service environments Strong people management and leadership ability Experience managing technicians, field service teams or workshop/service operations Ability to work in a fast-paced and hands-on operational environment Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills Valid drivers licence Duties & Responsibilities Manage and support a team of 14 Customer Support Technicians across Africa Drive technician performance, development and team motivation Ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency Assist technicians with operational and site-related challenges Coordinate service schedules, technician allocation and operational requirements Monitor technician productivity, turnover generation and service delivery Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards and service procedures Liaise closely with service, operations and sales teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the service division Assist in growing the service department as a business unit Support training, mentoring and career development of technical staff
