Location: Cape Town (hybrid) Employment type: Part-time Reporting to: Go Green Africa Board Go Green Africa exists to accelerate Africa’s transition to a just and inclusive green economy through practical programmes, trusted partnerships and skills development. The Programme & Partnership Manager plays a central role in making this purpose operational. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the NPO, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively, partnerships are well managed and the organisation is positioned clearly and credibly within the broader ecosystem. This is a hands‑on, mid‑level role suited to someone who is comfortable operating across administration, programme delivery, partner coordination and light marketing support, with a strong bias toward delivery and follow‑through. Key Responsibilities NPO Operations & Administration Manage the day‑to‑day administration of the NPO Assist with budget tracking and operational reporting Coordinate board meetings, documentation, and follow-ups Partner management (corporates & SMEs) Support recruitment and onboarding partners alongside the sales team Manage partner relationships once onboard Ensure delivery against partner objectives and funded programme commitments Programme management Oversee planning and delivery of Go Green Africa programmes Ensure programmes deliver measurable value for partners and the communities they serve Track progress, manage risks, and support impact reporting Programme & supplier sourcing Identify and onboard new programmes, suppliers, and delivery partners Manage supplier relationships and delivery quality Marketing & brand management Coordinate Go Green Africa’s marketing, including website, collateral, and event presence Ensure Go Green Africa is positioned as the overarching brand across the portfolio Experience & skills 3 years’ experience in programme coordination, partnerships, operations, or project management Strong organisational and administrative skills Experience working with multiple stakeholders (partners, suppliers, internal teams) Comfortable managing several workstreams at once Interest in sustainability, climate, or the green economy Personal attributes Highly organised and delivery focused Comfortable working across admin, programmes, partners, and marketing Proactive, adaptable, and purpose driven About Go Green Africa Go Green Africa is a nonprofit organisation focused on enabling sustainable progress by connecting partners, programmes and skills to real economic and environmental outcomes.
