Application Period: Until 31 August 2025 We are looking for a Sales Administrator to provide essential administrative support to our sales team and serve as the primary liaison between our consultants and clients. Key Responsibilities – Process approved quotes into sales orders. – Generate pro-forma invoices as needed. – Open and manage customer files following sales order creation. – Load requisitions and coordinate with Procurement on order creation. – Follow up with suppliers and the internal department to ensure timely delivery. – Liaise with: – Warehouse for deliveries – Service for equipment commissioning – Culinary for client training – Maintain communication with consultants and clients through the order lifecycle. – Assist customers with queries and ensure excellent client service. – Provide general admin support to sales management and team leaders. – Strong written and verbal communication skills. – Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic spreadsheet applications. – Excellent planning and organisational skills. – Team player with the ability to work under pressure. – High attention to detail.
