Financial Manager – Manufacturing Sector Our client, manufacturing company is seeking an experienced, hands on and commercially astute Financial Manager to lead and oversee the full financial function of the business. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, supporting operational efficiency, and contributing to strategic business decisions. The position also oversees certain Human Resources and Information Technology administrative functions. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial management Proven experience within a manufacturing environment is essential Automotive supply sector experience highly advantageous Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax legislation, and internal controls Experience with ERP systems and financial software Advanced Excel and spreadsheet modelling skills Key Responsibilities Finance Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Prepare and oversee accurate monthly management accounts, financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports Monitor and control operational and production-related costs Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to management Oversee and mentor the finance team to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy Human Resources Oversight Oversee the wage administration function Ensure maintenance of all mandatory employee records Oversee salary payment processes Ensure compliance with labour and statutory requirements Drive the Skills and Employment Equity Committee with support from external service providers Information Technology Oversight Act as the responsible company representative for IT-related matters Liaise with external IT service providers Oversee basic IT administration tasks including: System backups Server restarts Monitoring company email communications and related administrative functions Preferred Industry Background Candidates with experience in: Manufacturing Metal engineering Automotive supply Industrial production environments To Apply Submit a detailed CV highlighting your manufacturing finance experience, ERP exposure, and leadership capabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
