This role requires an individual with advanced technical ability, strong analytical skills, and the confidence to navigate complex crypto‑tax matters in a rapidly evolving regulatory environment. You will be involved in high‑level advisory, technical interpretation, and hands‑on computational work for clients operating in the digital‑asset space. Key Requirements Degree in Accounting, Tax, Law, Finance, or a related field (professional qualification advantageous). Experience as a Crypto Accountant, Tax Professional, or Attorney handling crypto‑related matters. Strong understanding of crypto‑assets, blockchain mechanics, and exchange ecosystems. Proven experience working with large datasets, CSV reports, and transactional analysis. Ability to interpret OECD frameworks, CRS, CARF, and other regulatory standards. Strong analytical skills, technical writing ability, and attention to detail. Experience in crypto‑tax computations and advisory will be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities Provide advisory on complex crypto‑tax matters, including: OECD tax conventions Common Reporting Standards (CRS) Crypto‑Asset Reporting Framework (CARF) Analyse, interpret, and reconcile CSV‑based crypto transactional data across multiple platforms. Prepare detailed crypto‑tax computations, including CGT, income classification, cost‑base allocation, and transactional matching. Understand the operational workflows of crypto‑asset service providers, exchanges, and blockchain systems. Assist with SARS engagements, tax opinions, technical memoranda, and audit‑ready documentation. Keep informed of evolving global crypto regulation and international tax developments.
