Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate steel fixing crews Read and interpret structural drawings Ensure correct rebar placement and installation Conduct quality checks before concrete pours Enforce site safety and conduct toolbox talks Manage materials and reduce wastage Coordinate with engineers, site managers, and other trades Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met Minimum Requirements Minimum 10 years steel fixing experience Proven experience as a Steel Fixing Foreman Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete construction Ability to read technical drawings Good leadership and communication skills Strong understanding of site safety standards Advantageous Experience on large civil or commercial projects Valid drivers license
