What will you do: Support Customers and the Sales team with order processing, general pre‑sales & post‑sales queries, stock levels, credit information, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing customer satisfaction. Detect all opportunities to serve the customer while addressing support requests and perform outbound sales activities. Handle customer requests from offer creation till after sales. Provide first level of customer support (phone, email, chat, etc.) & customer visits. Provide customer support related to Commercial Support (Price & Availability, Product selection, Catalogue questions). Logistics: Order Entry / Management. Promote our Schneider digital tool related to customer support & be responsible for engaging customers to use it. Lead continuous improvement action to bring efficiency to our daily operations & enhance customer experience. Handle customer complaints & close follow‑up with all stakeholders until complaint closure. What will make you successful: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Customer‑centric mindset & able to deal with angry customers. Must be resilient and not easily overwhelmed by numerous requests from customers. Good level of organizational and communication skills. Problem solver. Strategic thinking. Qualifications & Experience: Relevant Degree or equivalent. 1–4 years experience in a related field. English fluent speaker.
