Product Manager – Remittances Location: Cape Town – Full-time – On-site A fast‑growing, purpose‑led fintech is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of its international money transfer product. This organization operates at the intersection of technology, regulation, and real human impact – enabling individuals to move money across borders quickly, securely, and affordably. With a strong social mission and an international footprint, the team is building scalable infrastructure that supports thousands of customers globally. The Opportunity This is not a maintenance role. You will own and shape a live, high‑volume remittance product operating across multiple markets, currencies, payout methods, and regulatory environments. Drive strategy and improve transaction success rates Expand into new corridors and strengthen integrations Continuously refine the end‑to‑end customer journey Work on cross‑border payments infrastructure, mobile money and banking integrations, compliance and KYC frameworks, conversion optimisation, and funnel analytics You will work closely with engineering (frontend and backend), payments specialists, compliance, operations, and customer support to deliver a fast, intuitive, and highly reliable transfer experience. Your decisions will directly impact payout speed, reliability, customer trust, and commercial growth.
