Permanent - HR Administrator - Johannesburg - South Africa Employee Data Management: Maintain and update digital and physical(when needed) employee files, ensuring compliance with POPIA (Protection of Personal Information Act). Policies: Support the development, updating and implementation of policies and procedures in line with legislation and company strategy. Onboarding: Prepare induction packs for new hires; coordinate the collection of all necessary take-on documentation (IDs, bank details, tax certificates). Skill development Plan: Administration of our Skill Development plan. Compliance & Reporting: Assist in gathering data for Employment Equity (EE) and B-BBEE reporting. Submitting the EE within the timeframe to the Department of Labour. COIDA: To prepare the workman’s compensation plan so that the letter of good standing is valid at all times. To co-ordinate all workman compensation claims are completed correctly, reordered and submitted to the compensation commission timeously. A register of all claims, dates submitted and expected refund dates must be kept up to date at all times. Internal Communication: Distribute internal memos and assist with the coordination of company cultural initiatives or staff events. General Admin: Manage leave records and ensure all HR-related templates and policies are kept up to date Inherent Requirements National Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field. Experience: 0–2 years in an administrative role (internship experience is a plus).
