Core Skills Client centric approach to work Results oriented Passionate about travel Excellent communicator; written, verbal and face to face (video calls) Organised with ability to manage client portfolio Collaborative and a team player The Role Curation of high quality, tailor-made itineraries in a luxury space Conversion of warm sales leads via email, telephone and video calls High quality presentation of customised travel itineraries with a keen eye for detail Delivery of gold standard client service at all stages of the client journey Proactive expansion of product knowledge keeping aware of industry developments to ensure expertise across our specialist product portfolio Foster good working relationships with colleagues and trade partners; and exhibit a strong team ethic.
