Digital Marketing Specialist Location: Johannesburg, South Africa (Remote). Join a Global Marketing Team and build high‑impact digital experiences. Key Responsibilities Build and execute digital assets in HubSpot: emails, email templates, automated workflows, nurture streams, forms, progressive profiling, landing pages, and thank‑you pages. Perform QA checks (rendering, links, formatting, tagging, naming conventions). Assist with campaign scheduling, testing, and deployment. Maintain consistent structure across campaigns, folders, and assets. Support list creation, segmentation, and basic performance reporting. Drupal Website Content Production Update and publish front‑end content using Drupal CMS. Ensure formatting, structure, metadata, and UX standards are followed. Upload images, files, and documents according to content guidelines. Conduct content checks before publishing. Support recurring updates, landing page refreshes, and overall content maintenance. Cross‑Functional Support & Collaboration Work with internal marketing teams to fulfill HubSpot and Drupal requests. Partner with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to uphold best practices. Collaborate with content owners to clarify requirements. Communicate timelines, risks, and progress clearly. Assist with light copyediting and content formatting. Experience Required 1–3 years of digital marketing production experience (marketing automation, CMS updates, or campaign buildout). Hands‑on experience with HubSpot and/or Drupal (preferred). Experience in a structured production, agency, or operations‑focused environment is a plus. HubSpot or Drupal certifications are an advantage. Education Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or similar (preferred; not required with strong experience). Skills & Knowledge Proficiency with HubSpot, Drupal, and MS Office. Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (bonus). Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Comfortable following established processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Curiosity to deepen expertise in marketing systems and automation.
