Identify problem vacancies and execute corrective strategies. Analyse leasing reports and anticipate occupancy trends. Lead Management & Deal Execution Follow up all leads within required timeframes. Manage with relevant team members where necessary, full leasing cycle: tenants sourcing, applications, credit checks, proposals, negotiations, and lease conclusion. Ensure Proposal‑to‑Let, lease documents, resolutions, sureties, and supporting documents are complete and accurate. Tenant & Stakeholder Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers, and internal departments. Conduct periodic site visits and annual tenant check‑ins. Canvass for new tenants and renew existing leases. Track market trends and competitor activity.
