The Opportunity We are looking for a commercially minded and operationally strong Lead Advisory – People Excellence professional to join our growing team, reporting directly to the CEO and COO. This role requires someone who can confidently engage with clients at both strategic and operational levels, while also managing implementation projects across people, process and technology. The successful candidate will play a key role in: delivering client projects, managing stakeholder relationships, driving business growth, and contributing to the evolution of our People Excellence offerings. Key Responsibilities People Excellence Advisory & Implementation Lead and support the implementation of People Excellence solutions across clients Facilitate the implementation of: performance management frameworks, competency and behavioural frameworks, engagement initiatives, talent and leadership development processes, and HR technology solutions Translate client requirements into practical and scalable solutions Assist with organisational process optimisation and alignment initiatives Project Management Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple client engagements Coordinate timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communication and reporting Ensure projects are delivered professionally, efficiently and within agreed scope Identify risks, dependencies and escalation points proactively Client Relationship Management Build trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders Facilitate workshops, meetings and solution discussions Ensure a high-quality client experience throughout delivery Identify opportunities to expand and enhance client partnerships Business Growth & Partnerships Contribute to new business development initiatives Support partnership growth and strategic relationship management Assist with client acquisition activities, proposals and presentationsIdentify opportunities for recurring and scalable service offerings Requirements Experience within HR Consulting, Organisational Development, People Advisory or related fields Strong understanding of People Excellence practices and frameworks Experience implementing people processes and/or HR technology solutions Strong project management and coordination capability Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Commercially aware with strong relationship-building capability Highly organised, self‑managed and solution‑oriented Advantageous Experience working with HRIS, Performance Management or Engagement platforms Exposure to change management and organisational transformation projects Experience within consulting or client‑facing environments Business development or partnership management experience What We Value We are looking for someone who is: professional and accountable, commercially minded, relationship‑driven, adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about helping organisations and people perform at their best.
