This role owns high-volume agent recruitment end-to-end. You’re expected to run a tight operation, hit aggressive hiring targets, and keep the talent pipeline predictable. Hiring Delivery and Capacity Management Build and execute a volume hiring strategy aligned with calibrated demand forecasts. Own weekly, monthly, and quarterly hiring commitments for agent-level roles. Optimize funnel ratios from sourcing to Day 1; identify choke points and remove them fast. Maintain readiness for surge hiring, seasonal peaks, and sudden client ramps. 2. Team Leadership and Performance Management Manage and develop Recruiters and Recruitment Coordinators; set clear performance standards. Drive a culture of speed, accuracy, and high-touch candidate experience. Train the team on assessment quality, behavioral probing, and data-driven decision-making. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and workflow corrections. 3. Stakeholder and Client Management Partner with Operations, Workforce Management, Training, and HRBP to align on demand, selection criteria, and onboarding readiness. Act as the escalation point for hiring delays, offer fallout, and process bottlenecks. Present weekly insights and hiring dashboards to senior leadership; recommend actions, not excuses. 4. Process Excellence and Compliance Maintain a disciplined recruitment process across sourcing, screening, assessments, and onboarding. Ensure compliance with data privacy, labor regulations, and company policies. Audit recruiter workflow quality; enforce standardized assessments and strict documentation. 5. Sourcing Strategy and Market Intelligence Build and manage sourcing channels: job boards, referrals, events, campuses, and community partnerships. Identify automation gaps and propose AI-enabled enhancements for screening and scheduling. Minumum Qualifications 10 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years of experience as a Manager supporting BPO environment.
