What You'll Be Doing Managing front office operations welcoming visitors, handling calls, and ensuring a professional first impression at all times Coordinating meeting rooms, boardroom bookings, and office logistics Providing research and administrative support to internal teams this includes data capturing, compiling presentations, formatting reports, and conducting information searches Drafting correspondence, taking minutes, and managing documentation Supporting day-to-day office administration as required What You Need to Qualify Matric plus an additional qualification (administration, office management, or similar) 35 years of experience in a front office or administrative role Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Comfortable working with AI tools in a professional environment Exceptionally well-presented with a professional and confident manner Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask and shift between front office and research support seamlessly Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 08:00 16:30 Friday: 08:00 16:00To Apply Send your CV to
