Manage the olive farm in all aspects to produce maximum olive growth and oil production. Key Responsibilities: Grove Management Maintenance of farm vehicles, tractors and equipment General farm maintenance and development Management of staff Requirements: Regular communications and co-operation with the company owner. Manage human resources farm workers, bottling staff and casuals. Manage all operations on farm. Manage all operations in bottling plant. Close co-operation and co-ordination with Financial Manager.
