Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Consultant | Team Lead Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in: Supply Chain Management Logistics Operations Management Business / Commerce (with SCM focus) Experience 5-8 years SCM experience and proven track record leading SCM projects. Main Purpose of the Position The role is accountable for the end-to-end leadership of the D365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain workstream, including solution design governance, team leadership, and client engagement, to ensure successful implementation of SCM processes aligned to business requirements and Microsoft best practices. Main Duties Lead the D365 F&O Supply Chain workstream across multiple implementations, ensuring successful end-to-end delivery aligned to scope, timeline, and quality standards. Provide functional solution design leadership for D365 F&O Supply Chain modules, translating business requirements into scalable and best-practice system solutions. Manage and mentor SCM functional consultants, including task allocation, coaching, performance feedback, and skills development. Own and govern key delivery artifacts such as fit-gap documents, functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts. Act as the primary SCM subject matter expert (SME) in client-facing engagements, workshops, solution walkthroughs, and steering committee discussions. Ensure integration alignment between Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and third-party systems within the overall D365 F&O solution architecture. Support project governance activities, including effort estimation, scope validation, change requests, and risk or issue resolution related to the SCM workstream. Oversee testing and deployment activities, including UAT support, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support for Supply Chain processes. Promote adherence to Microsoft best practices and implementation methodologies, ensuring consistent quality across projects and clients. Contribute to practice improvement, including reusable assets, delivery standards, pre-sales support, and continuous enhancement of the SCM capability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
