A dynamic and fast‑growing organization is searching for a skilled LAN Network Engineer to join its professional and innovative technical team. This role involves building reliable networks, solving complex connectivity issues, and ensuring systems run smoothly behind the scenes. Technical Requirements 7+ years hands‑on experience managing enterprise network environments and teams. In‑depth knowledge of Cisco switching platforms (Catalyst, Nexus) and Cisco DNA Center. Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP), STP variants, VXLAN, multicast, QoS, and SD Access concepts. Experience with network automation (Python/Ansible/Git) and infrastructure‑as‑code practices. Solid understanding of NAC (Cisco ISE), firewall policies, and segmentation. Soft skills and organizational requirements. Ability to develop and present technical strategies to leadership. Strong documentation capability and adherence to change control & ITIL processes. Analytical thinking, proactive problem‑solving, and operational discipline. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field (essential).
