Collaborate with application and business process architects to interpret user and system requirements into design specifications. Develop system specifications and interfaces for complex components. Provide primary support for the installation of application releases into production. Design and code applications to meet functional and technical programming standards. Create operational documentation for the application. Key Responsibilities Ability to oversee, lead and manage the support and project team as the functional lead – Ariba upstream modules Provide expertise guidance on Ariba Upstream modules Ability to oversee integration between SAP Ariba and S4/Hana Facilitate and conduct workshops with business teams, working collaboratively with the client to determine business requirements Translate business requirements and propose configuration or development to address identified gaps Organize and prepare own/team work effectively to facilitate proactive resolution of problems Manage capacity of own/team assigned to open tickets from business Manage KPIs and SLA breaches, and compile evidence of causes of breaches in SLA Work with multiple teams to deliver complex integration project solutions and support day to day production issues Troubleshoot and recommend solution for addressing the complex functional and configuration issues, incidents and service tickets raised Manage the prioritisation of enhancements and change requests from business Coordinate Quarterly SAP release testing of new features released by SAP Identify optimisation initiatives/projects and support the initiatives/projects Document and update functional and technical system design specifications Conduct impact analysis to ensure tickets are categorised appropriately and accordingly prioritised Conduct escalation & incident management; act as primary point-of-contact for critical incidents, drive Root cause analysis (RCA) and reporting to relevant stakeholders Support test planning and execute system component testing and work with multiple teams to execute integrated end-to-end testing Provide advisory services by understanding SAP best-practices to enable innovative solution delivery for our clients Execute a client facing role with various stakeholders and provide onsite support as required by different project engagements Communicate effectively and provide accurate status of project deliverables, mitigating risk and escalating issues as required Promote client satisfaction and build strong client relationships Qualifications 6 - 9 years of SAP Ariba experience Minimum 2 years team lead experience SAP Solution manager / ITSM experience SAP S/4 Hana and Ariba integration SAP S/4 Hana and Ariba configuration administration Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba Contracts Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba Sourcing #J-18808-Ljbffr
