Purchase Order Administrator required in Johannesburg. Do you have 2–3 years’ experience in a finance environment, with experience in purchase orders, petty cash and debtors? Our client, based in Riversands, is looking for a detail-oriented individual to play a key role in their day-to-day operations, combining front-desk reception duties with practical finance support. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative abilities, excellent attention to detail, and be fluent in both English and Afrikaans. Requirements: Matric 2–4 years’ experience in a similar administrative/accounts role Strong knowledge and experience with purchase orders Experience handling petty cash, debtors, and wages Working knowledge of Xero accounting software Strong Microsoft Excel skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Strong communication skills High attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure Duties and Responsibilities: Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor.
