Contexte et environnement The Technical Integrity Manager is responsible for the implementation of the Group's technological risk management policy. The TIM defines the basic principles for Technical Risk Management of all company assets in all company installations and work sites. Scope 8 company owned / company operated depots (3 Seveso sites) 3 company owned and distributor operated depots 6 distributor owned and distributor operated depots 72 bulk customer sites Activités HSSE Ensure compliance with all HSSE policies, rules, guidelines and legal requirements. Promote a safe working environment and positively contribute to the company HSE KPIs and risk‑reduction strategies. Identify and enforce HSE competency requirements within the area of responsibility. Technical & Risk Management Appointed as the Technical Integrity Manager for TGSA. Provide functional HSSE support to the technical divisions and business units as required. Participate in process studies for plant modifications related to process or multi‑discipline disciplines. Provide operational and process engineering input to HAZOPs, HAZIDs, risk assessments, SIL assessments and other technical safety assessments or audits, both during the assessments and during subsequent action resolution. Ensure implementation and adherence to company directives and rules to maintain the technical integrity of all assets and operations. Audits and Reporting Visit depots and conduct risk assessments to identify downgraded situations, integrity threats and required corrections. Conduct scheduled and unscheduled depot visits to ascertain compliance with the integrity management program. Attend serious accident scenes when possible and meet with the relevant authorities. Ensure compliance with all company rules relating to integrity management and major risk management, including upgrade of facilities. Organise integrity audits of all assets, keep up‑to‑date records on invariances and track progress of closure. Manage the technical integrity of company assets with the primary goal of avoiding a major accident. Promote and raise awareness of technical integrity throughout the entity. Assist sites in preparing for closure of audit actions or company assessments. Conduct internal Maestro log audits and self‑assessments; together with relevant staff, draw up action plans. Manage action plans and report progress of closure of company Maestro Log audit actions. Technical Integrity Monitoring and Reporting Ensure system compliance with existing company policies and procedures on HSE and integrate with MS/AFR & company procedures and guides. Prepare and follow‑up actions related to the prevention of major risks (risk studies, environmental impact analysis, emergency preparedness, safety alerts). EDOC audits / Maestro Log monitoring, intervention and reporting. Adhere to all safety and integrity related requests by MANCOM. Advising and Training Develop and disseminate technical integrity rules and regulations; verify and enforce compliance. Conduct risk assessments. Implement major return‑on‑experience recommendations and continuous improvements. Execute relevant training to improve safety awareness among operational staff and contractors. Ensure all TotalGaz staff understand their roles and responsibilities toward technical integrity management. Report internally and externally on KPI, integrity threats and annual reports to the Branch Integrity Manager. Communication Provide recommendations and feedback on HSE statistical analysis and actions required to address deviations or initiate changes to improve safety performance of the Technical Integrity Program. Produce weekly and monthly reports on major audit findings and deviations for submission to line management. Manage ongoing Technical Integrity Steercom and Integrity Monitoring Committee meetings, including consolidation of information, verification of correctness, monitoring of progress and management of deviations to reduce HSE risk across TGSA operations. Develop and maintain good working relationships with site personnel, other business units and third‑party contractors and vendors through effective communication and regular site visits. Report to top management on the performance and improvement needs of Integrity Management, identify trends and possible corrective actions, and follow through on effectiveness. Profil du candidat Degree in engineering or HSE studies. At least 5 years of experience in petrochemical operations. LPG experience is essential (non‑negotiable). Knowledge of company policies and procedures. Knowledge of HSEQ legislation and applicable charters. Valid code 08 driver’s licence.
