Senior Consultant – Change Management The Senior Consultant‑Change Management will be part of the consulting team and will be responsible for delivering high‑quality and value‑adding people & change (HR) solutions in multidisciplinary client engagements. The goal is to support client organisations to become more agile and improve business performance by changing how people are led, managed and developed, while also helping them repurpose their corporate culture. Key Responsibilities Deliver People and Change (P&C) solutions as part of client engagements in line with the agreed scope, project plan, budget and expected high‑quality standards. Behavioural change management and culture change. Organisation design for performance. Talent management. HR function optimisation. Workforce intelligence and optimisation. Rewards management. Learning and development. Lead a workstream on small projects and work independently with minimal supervision from a Manager. Assist with gathering information for client and engagement risk assessment processes such as completion of Know Your Clients (KYC) online forms. Take initiative to build business knowledge, gain insights and keep abreast with new business trends in the HR field to provide relevant P&C solutions to clients. Participate in internal firm initiatives as and when required. Comply with the firm's policies and procedures, code of conduct and training requirements. Always promote the values of the firm. Support business development and go‑to‑market initiatives, draft proposals, build business relationships through own networks and generally contribute to the attainment of business objectives. Qualification Required Relevant Honours degree; a Master’s degree will be an added advantage. Minimum 3‑4 years consulting experience in a reputable Management Consulting firm or in a supervisory role within corporate HR consulting. Demonstrate awareness of future HR trends, leading HR practices and emerging technologies that support the optimisation of people processes.
