Operating in a virtual and hybrid model, youll play a vital role in offering tailored insurance solutions and growing a sustainable client portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and insurance solutions to clients with business risk and personal insurance needs. Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, bankers, insurers, and life advisers. Meet sales and growth targets in a virtual/hybrid model. Conduct regular portfolio reviews to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and retention. Ensure full compliance with practice management, FAIS, and industry regulations. Qualifications: FSCA-Approved Qualification. RE5 Regulatory Exam for Representatives. FAIS-recognised experience. Product Specific Training (provided on appointment). Class of Business (COB) Training. CPD (Continuous Professional Development) compliance. Honesty, integrity, and good standing. Valid drivers license and own reliable vehicle. NQF Level 5 in Short-Term Insurance. RE5 with up-to-date COB and CPD. Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in Personal Insurance sales
