This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented and organised individual with strong reconciliation and accounts payable experience within the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Process supplier invoices and credit notes accurately Reconcile creditors accounts and supplier statements Prepare payment schedules and ensure timely payments Resolve account queries and discrepancies Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems Liaise with suppliers and internal departments Assist with month-end procedures and reporting Minimum Requirements Previous experience as a Creditors Clerk within a motor dealership Strong reconciliation and accounts payable experience Computer literate with experience on dealership systems advantageous Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Traceable references Clear criminal record and ITC Salary & Benefits Salary: R13 500 basic (negotiable depending on experience) Medical Aid & Pension Fund #J-18808-Ljbffr
