Bookkeeper and Project Administrator – Cape Town. Our client based in Parklands North is seeking a detail-oriented individual with solid creditors and administrative experience supporting client projects, technical teams and stock management. They offer a collaborative environment where team members work closely together throughout every stage of the process. Requirements: Matric with pure Mathematics (not maths lit) as a subject. Accounting as a subject in Gr 12 is beneficial At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Experience with Pastel Partner advantageous Fully bilingual in both English and Afrikaans Ability to work in a team and manage own deadlines Strong multi-tasking capability Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 Duties and Responsibilities: Front-desk reception: welcoming clients and suppliers Receive, check and sign for supplier deliveries Capture GRVs and process invoices on Pastel Prepare quotations and purchase requisitions Coordinate logistics with the technical team Conduct stock takes and reconcile variances Order stationery and consumables Manage petty cash Maintain filing of documents, invoices, and GRVs Perform creditor reconciliations Load SWIFT payments and assist with banking/payment runs and cashbook capture Execute data boosts on designated platform (training provided) Oversee back-office operations for Cape Town Arrange couriers and package parcels Process Bills of Materials on Pastel Maintain and update reports Check and order product licences via designated portal (training provided) #J-18808-Ljbffr
