Experienced client liaison and professional client relationship Effectively dealing with and managing client complaints Ensure that the contractual requirements are met all the time Maintaining the ISO 9001 quality system Ensuring that all companies/Clients SOPs are followed Incident and Investigation Management Ensure compliance to the companys disciplinary code of conduct Manage the smooth day-to-day running of the operations Effective organization, supervision and staff management Training and development Audits and assessments    Preferred qualifications/attributes/skills:    Grade 12 (Matric) qualification PSIRA certification Grade A Relevant experience in a managerial or similar position for at least 5 years Knowledge of methods and techniques of risk management, business impact analysis and counter measures Bilingual (English and any other South African language) First aid and firefighting will be advantageous Excellent written & verbal communication Computer literate and knowledge of MS office Must be willing to undergo a polygraph test Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record Valid drivers license & own reliable transport Minimum of 3 years experience in warehouse/distribution centre environment
